I want to use it for myself and my son who is just 16. Is the Bullworker best for us or maybe the Steelbow?

We discontinued the multi-coloured grip (Senior) model in 2006 when we introduced the Steelbow.

The Steelbow range is suitable for people of all ages. The beauty of Isometric exercise routines is that anybody of any age and any strength level can use it and have equally impressive results.

Older models of Bullworkers are renowned for being well built and sturdy - new models are equally well built, 10% stronger spring and also comes with a carry case as well (something the old models never had)

ANy model d will suit both of you because the principles behind isometrics work the same regardless of strength or ability… basically you compress/expand as hard as you can. Look at the power meter – wind it back to about 70% of that point and that’s the marker that you will do you *exercise reps* at for that exercise. This point will change depending on each persons strength.
